BUILDING FAMILY PARTNERSHIPS PALOOZA AND Outstanding Student and Educator/Educator Team Awards MAY 6, 2021
Support Team Region 7 will be recognizing our Outstanding Students and Educator/Educator Team Awards for the year 2020-2021 which recognizes individuals for their accomplishments. [https://news.syr.edu/blog/2019/12/05/from-justice-for-jenny-to-justice-for-all-burton-blatt-institute-redefines-supported-decision-making/ ] Jonathan Martinis, Senior Director of Law and Policy, will be our lunch hour keynote at 11:00 am talking about
self-advocacy and determination, you won’t want to miss it! Starting at noon until 1:00 pm there will be a live virtual ceremony during lunch to recognize all SST7 awardees. In addition, we will announce our selection for the state awards including our nomination for the  Walter Horn Outstanding Student Award and our nomination for an educator/educator team for the Franklin B. Walter Outstanding Educator Award.   Each awardee will have a slide recognizing them and their accomplishments. If you are unable to attend the live event, it will be recorded for later viewing and posted on our SST7 [ http://www.sst7.org ]webpage.

State Support Team 7 would like to thank the following organizations and individuals: All presenters who will dedicate their time and provide their expertise for May 6th, families of our outstanding nominees, nominators of award recipients, and Mid-Ohio
