About Us

About Us

The State Support Team Region 7 is one of sixteen State Support Teams in Ohio who support public school districts and buildings (including traditional public and community schools) identified through the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce’s (O.D.E.W.) differentiated accountability system who need targeted or intensive supports.  Services are delivered through multi-tiered systems of supports that include a combination of universal, targeted, comprehensive or intensive, and technical assistance based on the district’s or school’s needs assessment and through the use of strategies required by the O.D.E.W. across the ages 3-21 student population.  The supports are designed to result in equitable access to high-quality instructional practices for all students and student groups across the 3-21 student population.
